Youngest son got home this evening. After he had settled in, and we had replaced a headlight bulb on his car, we asked.

Had he noticed what was different?

"Uhh, no."

You see, the wife made a major discovery this week.

It's called "Lysol Power Toilet Bowl Cleaner".

And it works. We have a sparkling clean toilet bowl. Something we have not had for at least a decade.

Yeah, gross topic of discussion, I know. Our bowl has been sterilized lots of times, but with our hard water and iron, the lime and rust stains just would not go away.

Until this week.

If you think this is a strange topic to discuss here, imagine the wife and her co-workers having this discussion at work. But they have, and I suspect at least one left work that day to immediately buy a bottle for her bathroom.

They got the same water, you know.
