Okay People, time for a Quiz. For those of you bored with the mundane tasks of your life, here's a chance to indulge in one of the mundane tasks of my life.
Counting elk.

is the best digital photo I got of the elk herd we found low in Beef Acre on Monday. (Okay, so it's not the best photo. It is a thumbnail version of the best photo. Click on it to get the full-size shot, okay? And don't plan on the full-size pic staying too long, because it makes a sizeable dent in my photo storage space here on Dland.)
So how many elk are there?
Let me know what your best guess or count is in the Comments below. (No, I haven't counted them myself, yet.)
For bonus points:
It is not possible to classify each of these elk from this photo, but I can pick out at least one bull, and quite a few calves. For bonus points, tell me how many bulls and calves you spotted in this bunch. Bear in mind there are three sizes of antlerless elk out there: the full-size cows, the small calves, and then those pain-in-the-butt yearling cows who are sometimes like small cows, and other times like big calves.
