They're a beautifully matched set.
Or, more appropriately,
a beautifully matched team. For these are not "wild" horses, even though they are living here,
at least six miles from any human habitation. For such is the scale of things in this western desert that the ranch where these yearlings live happens to be at least a hundred square miles.
Which is probably about average.
