Forgot to mention...

Had another picture of mine published in the local paper this week. The editor was quite grateful in his email response. So when a reporter called later, I asked her.

Is he serious? Or just being polite? I mean, they've got to receive dozens of unsolicited pictures every week.

Yeah, they do. "But yours are good," she answered. The editor said maybe they should list me as a "special correspondent".

And was apparently only half joking.
