#76

There is no such thing as extra-sensory perception (ESP).

That said, I will make no effort to explain the occasions when I have sensed the wife driving by on the street behind me, in places and at times that she had no business being.

Or knowing when she has entered a crowded room.

That said, I will make no attempt to explain why the random number that Melissa gave me, because I could not decide on which photograph to post tonight, coincided exactly with the image I had had on the screen a moment or two before, because I knew she liked bitterroot flowers, and I wanted a bright image of spring.

But here it is, image number 76 in my folder of grouse pics.

The wet spring followed by warm, sunny June days led to a flush of flowers in the desert country last year. Found this one while giving the heeler sisters a pee and run (or, actually, run and pee) break enroute to a meeting last June.
