Hello from Jackson Hole.

Damn Dland already ate this entry once (because the mouse on this computer in the comics store has side buttons that automatically go back a page), at $10/hour, even. Things to remember (again!)...

Watching the lunar eclipse from Teton National Park, to the accompaniment of courtship calls of sandhill cranes, snipe, and boreal chorus frogs...

Dinner at Calico's (where they don't allow "celery" phones), with calamari (complete with heads and tentacles)...

Walking along the Snake at sunset,

Enjoying a presentation by one of the people largely responsible for the conservation effort for Siberian tigers (as in, he put on the first ever telemetry collar on one of these things, a young female, Tiger #1, otherwise known as Olga)...

Getting up early to watch a sunrise on the Tetons, enjoying a frost-covered moose and a pair of swans on the drive back to town...

Probably a lot of other things, but need to get this posted before it gets eaten again. (Don't worry, I took notes. And photos.)

Hope is well with all of you out there, and that there is no calamitous news awaiting upon our return.
