As you wend your way up the highway towards Central City, it looks as though a horse and rider are approaching the right-of-way fence.

But you soon notice the horse is standing remarkably still. And this is what you find as you pass.

That rider was there long before 11 September, but not always bearing his standard.

It hasn't been missing yet, since that day. Although someone took it in during a storm last year.

Looks like this banner will be moving onto new lands soon. May it protect those who carry it, and may they do it only honor.
