5 hours of conversation
It was a day of firsts.
First time I'd ever tried to buy breakfast in Capitol City at five in the morning. (It's not easy... try it sometime...)
First time I'd ever assisted in serving a search warrant.
First time staking out and tailing a target vehicle.
And first time I'd ever spent 5 hours (yes.... five hours... really)
Guarding a storage shed.
Five hours.
No coffee.
No restroom.
It was just enough to convince me I made the right career choice, ohhh so many years ago.
