Due to the long-term absence of a co-worker, the wife was again working quite late tonight. Dinner, chicken pot pies, was cooling on the stove when she got home (I'm a domestic genius.). I garnered my pies onto a plate and headed in to eat, the wife soon following (after first making sure the heeler sisters had their dinners).

I was surprised when the wife sidled up to me and promptly stole a piece of well-baked crust off my plate.

"I miss my extra crust," she explained. "All these years and you never noticed I was stealing most of your crusts?"

Yeah. I gave her the rest.
