I don't drive any of our family vehicles much, maybe a couple hundred miles a year total. So, other than family trips, I probably don't have to gas one up more than three or four times a year.

The Outfit's rig, sure. Fill the tank on that a lot. Sometimes more than once a day. But that's almost always at the same discounted pumps. And since you never want to leave town without a full tank, most of the time I get back and refill at the exact same station.

I don't get around much, motorist-wise.

So when a combination of tasks had me having to fill up at a different station in a different town, their advertising... well, let's say I was positive I'd never seen that before.

Their ad people certainly knew how to get my attention.
