It was kinda annoying.
One of several annual meetings of a local advisory group to an interdisciplinary, interagency team charged with allocating a million or so dollars a year. And every time a decision needed to be made, they went around and polled each and every person there for their opinion.
With 25-30 people in the room, that took a while. On every little issue.
One fellow and I have been going to similar local interdisciplinary, interagency meetings for over two decades now. Often disagreeing.
Today we agreed on just about every issue that came up.
It was kinda annoying.
