'Course, the odd thing is, I'm pretty sure the only Starbucks in our state is in a grocery store in Jackson. I certainly don't know of any other. (Okay, I'm wrong... just Googled them and we've got 9 now. But it's hundreds of miles between some of them...) But thought folks who live with a Starbucks on every corner would appreciate the humor.

Truth is, I'm pretty sure "Starbucks" in this case is a family name, and the CWD collector was referring to their ranch.

Not sure how they feel seeing their name plastered on coffee shops around the world. Now if they get paid royalties...

(And my sympathies on the loss of your "mutt". That's exactly what I suspect was going on with this German shepherd owner. He was either the coldest human I've ever met (and the vet folks didn't treat him that way), or he was struggling really hard not to lose it.)
