Well, they just left.

Wife and youngest son, off to a much warmer clime.

For 12 days.

Twelve days.

Just me and the heelers. Pretty sure I can survive, but it's gonna be tough on the two sisters without their Alpha. Or their Boy. (Blind masked heeler just now, literally, fell down the stairs. Not a good omen.)

Wife and I figured it out... since our wedding day, we've never been apart for more than a week. (Six and a half days, actually.)

By the time they return, this moon will be practically new.
