We had a guest all day Friday:

Not that rare of a thing, actually. She has spent several days staying over with "the big dogs".

Of whom she desperately wants to belong. The heelers, on the other hand, have made it clear they still despise her.

Even if she is now tolerated. Even when she chews on their bones. Even when she flops down next to them, her butt snugged close.

So, on Friday, when the sisters decided it was a good time to play...

The corgi was allowed to join in.

Most impressive of all...

When they come inside after their "last out" at bedtime...

The big dogs stand and wait for the corgi to come in, too.
