There's another entry stored away, out of sight, that should theoretically some day be filled with images from Monday's drive up and back from Regional Town. But here's one for now.

We stopped just east of Home on the Range so I could snap some shots of the ground blizzards pouring out of the desert through the gap in the mountains. With the glow of sunset behind it.

It wasn't until I got home and unloaded the images, lightening them up just a little, that I noticed it.

The classic, heeler-like canid profile of a coyote, out there in the cold.
