networks This is good. Sorry to laugh at your misfortune, Deb But it reminded me of the trouble the wife and youngest son had trying to upgrade his cell phone and service. You know the company... the one with a "network" backing them up? Son is quite happy with them, but we now understand why there is such a huge "network" of people backing up their spokesman. Nobody in that outfit actually knows how to do anything. It took well over a half-hour just to transfer the account from the wife's name to the son's. With numerous repeated faxes being sent off at the same time that conversations, or "holds", were taking place. Kept the company rep afterhours more than twenty minutes. And he didn't mind, or said he didn't. Real pleasant fellow. Likewise for the rest of the network. All pleasant enough people, they just never did anything except transfer us to someone else. We no longer look at their commercials quite the same way. Because having a huge network isn't necessarily a good thing. We know. We spoke to almost every one of them. |
