So, the dreaded massive snowstorm that they predicted last night (to the point of bleeping winter storm advisories on the TV) has failed to materialize.

Rain, we got. Enough to keep our elk flight grounded.

And cold, we got. Below freezing now, and not expected to do much better all day tomorrow.

But no 30cm of snow.

So, it is late. Gotta set up check station again tomorrow, and prepare to cut deer and elk throats.
