new resident with questions at sunset... lost photo op. Patrolman, too. Kindly boot out motorhome. (teach you to ask).

Trucker with mini-pinscher. Marked a half-dozen bushes (the dog, not trucker). This is one of their regular pit stops on Boise to Green Bay route every week. Pinscher gets upset if he misses a stop.

Friend and her mom. Pissed about poison baits set out on forest south of town. With ranger's okay. Killed a kid with one 30 years back.

Long visit with developer... catch up on sons. Second boom coming in... hesitant to develop land this time, got screwed in the boom 20 years ago. Happy to hear me say this boom isn't going away. Not unless something happens to half the population of China and India.

If he finally builds his new subdivision, it's my fault.
