Describing the fruit of an orchid, the Striped Coralroot (Corallorhiza striata Lindl.).

Don't know that I've ever seen a striped coralroot. The closely related spotted coralroot on page 22, yes, but not the striped.

It's not an orchid, but a shooting star (Dodecatheon spp., page 125) that I shot today.
